You’ll learn the principles of crisis handling, how to do powerful research interviews and social listening. You’ll also develop a personal action plan for crises. What will you learn?

Week 1 – Learn the principles of crisis management, previously only available to the world’s biggest companies.

Week 2 – Learn how to conduct powerful user interviews. Get tips, tools, checklists (as well as learning the pitfalls to avoid)

Week 3 – Learn the habit of social media listening to uncover those needs your customers don’t yet know they have.

Week 4 –  We explore the ‘personal crisis action plan’, which you fill out to bring together all you’ve learned.

What will I learn on this course?

You’ll learn the basics of crisis navigation, equipping you to thrive in even the most uncertain situations.

You’ll learn how to do great research interviews as well as social media listening. We’ll show you the pitfalls to avoid and the tools to use to get truly useful insight.

Throughout you’ll have support from us at Outrageous Impact and fellow students, via a friendly WhatsApp group.

How is the course delivered?

The course is delivered online via Zoom and WhatsApp. You’ll get 4 sessions, over four weeks.

Throughout the course, you will be supported by a friendly WhatsApp group, with fellow students and Outrageous Impact staff on it.

Who else will be on the course?

The course is open-access. This means you will learn alongside students from other charities and mission-driven businesses.

On request, we can also run courses for individual organisations.

The course will be led by Patrick from Outrageous Impact.

What does the course cost? Do you offer discounts?

The course costs £297. VAT is not charged

For bookings of more than 5 people from one organisation, we offer £30 off per person.

We also offer discounts to people who are furloughed. Ask and we’ll be happy to help!

What if I am not satisfied?

Outrageous Impact offers a ‘Put it Right’ guarantee. If you are unhappy, tell us straight away and we will look to fix it.

If you are still unhappy, we will refund you for the remainder of the course. So if we are 50% of the way through the course, we will refund you 50% of the course fee.
